Ingredients:


  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp white sugar

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
